How are you paid?
We charge a concierge fee. Its amount is stated clearly in every proposal, before anything is booked.
Which events do you cover?
Concerts and international tours, festivals, and sporting events: football, tennis, Formula 1, boxing, NBA, rugby, golf and other major fixtures. If your event is not listed, write to us: we look at every request.
Which countries do you operate in?
In France and internationally. We arrange experiences across Europe, the United States, the Middle East and wherever the events you care about take place.
How much notice do you need to arrange a trip?
Ideally several weeks before the event, for the widest choice of hospitality and hotels. More urgent requests remain possible subject to availability: contact us, we reply quickly.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is by bank transfer or card, against an invoice. The exact terms (deposit, due dates) are stated in the proposal before anything is booked.
Do you offer services for companies?
Yes. We support companies with client invitations, off-sites and corporate gifts, with suitable invoicing and a programme built with your teams.
